U.S. Orders: Complimentary insured shipping.
International Orders: $100 USD flat fee for insured expedited shipping. Duties and taxes are set by your local customs office and must be paid directly to the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS) before delivery.
How long will my order take?

Ring Builder (made-to-order): Normally 2–3 weeks to deliver. This window includes production and insured shipping.

Bespoke engagement rings & jewelry: Timing varies by complexity and stone availability. We’ll present a clear timeline with your written quotation before you say yes.

Loose diamonds: Typically 1–2 weeks. We source globally to pass the best possible price on to you, so delivery can vary by origin and customs clearance.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can you use my own diamond or metal?

Yes, that’s a Bespoke project. We often remake heirlooms or set client-owned stones. We’ll review your materials, quote the design, and share a clear timeline before you approve.

Returns, Warranty & Resizing
What is the return policy?

Loose diamonds: You can return loose diamonds within 15 days of delivery. The original grading certificate must be included and undamaged. After inspection, refunds are issued within 15 days to your original payment method.
Ring Builder: Rings made with our ring builder page have 30 days return policy. All cost and taxes will be discounted from the refund.
BESPOKE Jewelry: Since this type of projects might involve sourcing different stones and complex work, each quotation will have each own policy specified.

Do you offer free ring resizing?

Yes, free resizing within 30 days of delivery (labor included). After 30 days, resizing is $100. Some styles have sizing limits; we’ll advise before work begins.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?
