What’s Covered
Limited Lifetime Warranty — Fine Jewelry
For the original purchaser, we warrant the craftsmanship of our fine jewelry for the lifetime of the piece under normal wear. That means:

Workmanship & setting integrity: If a prong or setting we made fails under normal wear, we’ll repair it.

Accent stones coverage (yes, really): If a small stone (accent/micro-pavé) comes loose or falls out, we’ll re-set or replace it at no cost, for life. It’s not likely, but if it happens, you’re covered.
What counts as “small stone”? Accent stones typically up to 0.20 ct each. This coverage doesn’t include center stones or larger side stones.
Resizing Policy

Free ring resize within 30 days of delivery (labor included).

After 30 days, resizing is $100 USD per ring.

Some designs have limits (e.g., eternity bands, heavy pavé, tension settings). Typical range is up to ±1 full size; beyond that, a remake may be required at a quoted cost.
Shipping for resizing: We can provide an insured shipping label at cost. You’re responsible for shipping to us; we cover insured return shipping on your first resize.
What’s Not Covered

Loss or theft of the jewelry or any center stone.

Damage from accidents, misuse, knocks, crushing, chemicals, ultrasonic misuse, or extreme activities.

Normal wear (scratches, minor bends), and natural patina on precious metals.

Alterations or repairs by anyone other than us (or without our written OK).

Stones lost due to external impact or bent/broken prongs caused by impact (we’ll still help with a fair repair quote).

Cosmetic issues from routine wear (micro scratches, slight metal distortions).
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us with your order number, clear photos/video, and a short description of what happened.

We assess and confirm next steps (repair, stone replacement, or inspection).

Ship it insured using our label (at cost) or your carrier. We’ll keep you posted and ship back insured.
Turnaround time depends on the work needed, but we prioritize warranty repairs.
Care & Maintenance (Keeps You Covered)

Check prongs & settings every 6–12 months (or sooner if you notice catching/snags).

Remove jewelry for gym, swimming, cleaning, and heavy work.

Clean gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Pat dry.

Store separately in a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
