Terms of Use

These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchases from RAAK Sports Investment, Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation (EIN 35-2710167) with a Florida mailing address at 66 W Flagler St, #900, Miami, FL 33130 (“RAAK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and purchase for personal use within the United States. We ship to U.S. addresses only at this time.

2) Product information & authenticity

  • We sell natural and lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. All carat weights and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to hand craftsmanship and standard tolerances.

  • Photos and videos are representative (lighting, screens, and magnification can change appearance).

  • Grading is performed by recognized labs where applicable; opinions from different appraisers can vary.

3) Pricing, taxes, and availability

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice. If we discover a pricing or availability error after you order, we’ll contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund.

  • Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and added at checkout.

  • A confirmed order is subject to payment authorization and our acceptance (see Section 5).

4) Made-to-order & custom pieces

Many rings are made to order. We’ll confirm your design/specs (and, if used, CAD or render) before production. Once you approve and we begin, the order is final sale. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or size preference on custom or made-to-order pieces. If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace—see Section 9.

5) Order acceptance & fraud checks

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not equal acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order—for example, if we suspect fraud, cannot verify payment, face material errors, or the item is unavailable. If canceled, you’ll receive a prompt refund.

6) Shipping, insurance & delivery

  • All shipments are insured and may require an adult signature.

  • We’ll email tracking when your order ships.

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon confirmed delivery to your shipping address (signature, where required).

  • Please inspect packages on arrival and tell us right away if anything looks tampered with.

7) Returns: Loose diamonds only (15 days)

You can return loose diamonds within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

  • The original grading certificate (e.g., GIA/IGI) must be included and undamaged.

  • The diamond must be in the same condition you received it—unworn and unmounted.

  • Contact us first for return instructions; returns sent without approval may be refused.

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 days. Shipping charges are not refundable unless we made an error.

Note: If a grading certificate is missing or damaged, the return is not eligible.

8) No returns on made-to-order rings

As noted in Section 4, made-to-order/custom rings approved by you are final sale and not returnable for preference or sizing. Please confirm your ring size before we begin. If you need sizing after delivery, contact us—some styles can be resized for a fee.

9) Manufacturing defects—We’ll make it right

If your item has a manufacturing defect, tell us within 30 days of delivery. After evaluation, we’ll repair or replace the piece at our discretion. This does not cover damage from wear, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or loss/theft.

10) Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent you’re authorized to use that method and that the information is accurate. Attempted or actual chargeback abuse may be treated as fraud.

11) Promotions & gift credits

Promos can’t be combined unless stated. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Promotional values don’t have cash value.

12) Intellectual property

All site content—text, images, logos, designs—is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or use our content without written permission.

13) Your account

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

14) Acceptable use

Don’t interfere with the site, attempt to access non-public areas, scrape content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

15) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). Some states don’t allow limitations on implied warranties—if so, these limits may not apply to you.

16) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

17) Disputes; governing law

Let’s try to resolve issues informally first. If we can’t, these Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to those courts.

(If you prefer arbitration and/or a class-action waiver, tell me and I’ll add a simple AAA arbitration clause with a 30-day opt-out.)

18) Force majeure

We aren’t responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, extreme weather, labor issues, government actions).

19) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the new version with an updated date. Continued use of the site or purchases after changes means you accept the new Terms.
