We’re here to give you the best price we can without cutting corners. That means transparent pricing, no middlemen, and no surprise add-ons—just great stones and craftsmanship at honest numbers.
Shipping
Most made-to-order rings ship in about 3 weeks after your design is approved. In-stock pieces usually leave our studio within 2–3 business days.
Every order ships fully insured with tracking, and delivery may require an adult signature. You’ll get an email the moment your parcel is on the way.
Need to keep a proposal or gift under wraps? Tell us at checkout or reach out—we’re happy to help with timing and discreet packaging.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes are set by your country and are paid by the buyer to the carrier or local customs. Carriers will contact you directly to arrange payment and finalize delivery. Customs timelines can vary.
Returns & Exchanges
Loose Diamonds
You can return loose diamonds within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

The original grading certificate (e.g., GIA/IGI) must be included and undamaged.

The diamond must be in the same condition you received it—unworn and unmounted.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 days.
Made-to-Order Rings
Made to order rings that you’ve approved (design, specs, and/or CAD) are final sale. We don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the piece.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. We’ll share packing guidelines and the correct return address so your piece stays insured in transit. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused for security reasons.
