Price Match Gurantee

We keep pricing lean and transparent. If you see the same diamond or a truly comparable, simple piece listed for less by an authorized U.S. jeweler, we’ll match it. That way, you shop once and know you did it right.

What we match

1) Loose diamonds (natural or lab-grown)

  • Must be the exact same stone verified by the same lab report number (e.g., GIA/IGI).

  • Publicly available, in-stock, U.S. retailer with online checkout.

2) Simple, standard jewelry

  • Diamond studs: matched pair with the same total carat weight, similar per-stone weight, same diamond type (natural or lab), comparable cut/color/clarity, and the same setting style and metal.

  • Classic solitaire engagement rings (non-custom): same metal/purity, same setting style and profile (e.g., 4- or 6-prong solitaire, standard pavé), and a center diamond with the identical lab report number.

    • If your ring is built from a loose diamond + setting, we price-match the diamond component 1:1 by report number; setting is matched only if it’s a standard, like-for-like SKU with comparable metal weight and build.

What price we compare
The competitor’s final checkout price in USD (item + required shipping/insurance; sales tax if shown at checkout).

What we don’t match

  • Marketplaces or peer-to-peer: eBay, Etsy, Craigslist, Facebook, Alibaba/AliExpress.

  • Used, refurbished, open-box, sample/clearance, or “unique one-off” listings.

  • Custom designs, designer-exclusive settings, eternity bands, tension settings, or any build where specs and metal weight vary by maker.

  • Obvious pricing errors, typo misprints, or items not in stock.

  • Private quotes, membership-only pricing, stacked coupons, employee programs, rebates, gift cards, bundles, “buy one get one,” or financing subsidies.

  • International sellers shipping into the U.S. without clear duties/warranty/returns in the U.S.

How to claim

Before you buy (recommended):

  1. Send the product URL, a time-stamped screenshot of the final price, and your contact info.

  2. We verify fast. If approved, we match your order price.

If you already bought (within 15 days):
Email your order number, the competitor URL, and a time-stamped screenshot of their final price. If approved, we refund the difference to your original payment method.

We typically verify within one business day. If specs aren’t clearly comparable, we’ll tell you exactly what’s missing.

The spec rules

Loose diamonds

  • Same lab report number (non-negotiable).

  • Same shape, carat, color, clarity, and cut grade (where applicable).

  • Comparable fluorescence, polish/symmetry, and measurements.

  • In stock and not a “sample only” listing.

Diamond studs or other simple jewelry

  • Same diamond type (natural or lab), cut style, total carat weight, and similar per-stone size.

  • Comparable color/clarity and cut.

  • Same setting style (e.g., 4-prong basket, screw-back or push-back) and metal/purity.

Solitaire rings (standard SKUs)

  • Same metal/purity and setting style/profile.

  • Center diamond must match by identical lab report number.

  • Pavé, halo, or side stones (if any) must be comparable in size/quality and count.

  • If the competitor bundles center + setting, your build must mirror that bundle.

Fine print

  • Limit one price match per item.

  • We need to verify the price and specs while the competitor listing is live. Expired promos don’t qualify.

  • We can decline claims we can’t verify, or that don’t meet these rules—we’ll explain why and offer the best alternative (match on the diamond only, a comparable stone, or a return option if you’re within policy).

  • Price matches can’t be combined with other discounts, affiliate/influencer codes, loyalty points, or rebates.

  • All standard store policies still apply (shipping, returns, warranty, resizing).
